BRITAIN must not get ensnared in continued discussions about the European Union’s budget long after leaving the bloc, leading Brexiteer Jacob Rees-Mogg warned yesterday. He voiced alarm at a report saying other EU members think the UK should help decide the block’s £1trillion budget up to 2027 on the grounds that they think Britain will still be paying in billions for years to come.
