TESLA shares climbed by nearly 15 percent today after the electric car maker settled a lawsuit from the US Securities and Exchange Commission that will see Elon Musk remain as chief executive. Shares in the car giant roared back after plummeting last week when Mr Musk was accused by the SEC of securities fraud.
