A LEADING film maker was headbutted and killed by a giraffe while producing a movie in the South African safari park used for TV drama Wild At Heart. Carlos Carvalho, who worked on most of the ITV series starring Stephen Tompkinson – about a family running an animal hospital in the African bush – was hurled 16ft through the air.
